He was born to the late Mr. and Mrs. Chinyere Nwankwo. His parents were members of the Jehovah's Witness.

Early Life 

During his early years, Apostle Chibuzor attended Seabird Nursery School in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. He then proceeded to the army children's school in Port Harcourt for his primary education, where he obtained his first school leaving certificate.

Chibuzor faced numerous challenges in life and sought better opportunities elsewhere. He made his way to Lagos in search of greener pastures, enduring difficult circumstances, including sleeping under bridges. Eventually, he secured a job as a cleaner with the Nigeria Airport Authority. To sustain himself, he also worked as a security guard and sold GSM recharge cards.

Initially raised in the Jehovah's Witness religious sect, Apostle Chibuzor later shifted his spiritual path toward Pentecostalism. He found himself drawn to the teachings of the Mountain of Fire Ministry, where he became actively involved as a house fellowship teacher. After some time, he decided to embark on an independent path as a freelance preacher of the gospel.

Thus, he founded Omega Power Ministries (OPM), which has gained significant popularity and recognition. "I did not call myself into ministry, some of you want to become pastors and then attend theology schools but I didn't attend anyone. I wanted to travel to America, but God told me to stay back and do his work. Thanks to him and his ministry many lives have been changed".
