Christiana Nkemdilim Adelana (born on December 24, 1984), widely recognized as Tana Adelana, is a celebrated Nigerian actress, TV host, film producer, model, and entrepreneur. Her roots trace back to the Nkanu East Local Government Area of Enugu State, but she grew up in Lagos State, Nigeria.

Born in the 1980s into a traditional Catholic royal family, Tana Adelana is the youngest of ten siblings hailing from Enugu State’s Nara Unateze. She completed her primary education at Treasure Land Nursery and Primary School in Surulere and pursued her secondary education at St. Francis Catholic Secondary School in Idimu, Lagos. Her father has passed away.
Tana holds a B.Sc. in urban and regional planning from the University of Lagos. She furthered her studies with a makeup and style diploma from the Makeup Art School in South Africa's London campus. Additionally, she earned a special executive master’s degree in leadership and management from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management in the United Kingdom.
In 2002, Tana auditioned for the MTN Y’Hello TV Show, marking her entry into fame as an OAP. She made her acting debut in the TV series Disclosure, becoming the first Nigerian to host a show on Channel O. In July 2013, she founded Tana Adelana Productions, her production company. Notable actors such as Ufuoma Ejenobor, Chelsea Eze, Wale Macaulay, Anthony Monjaro, and Femi Jacobs have featured in her film "Quick Sand."
Married to Femi Adelana since September 11, 2007, after dating for 14 years, Tana Adelana has maintained a private family life.
