Jude Nnam was born on November 10, 1965, in Enugu, Nigeria, to Chief Patrick Chukwu Nnam and Mrs. Felicia Nnam. He belongs to the Igbo tribe and received his formal education from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Trinity College of Music, London, and Nnamdi Azikwe University, Awka. Nnam has filed a lawsuit against them, claiming that his 2001 composition titled 'Som Too Chukwu' was used without authorization in KCee's album called Cultural Praise Vol. 1. The lawsuit, which amounts to N150 million, targets E-Money, Kcee, and their record label, 5 Star Music. 

 

 

Nnam alleges that KCee's album incorporated his copyrighted composition without seeking his permission, resulting in a clear case of copyright infringement.
