Fiokee, the fourth of six children, developed a passion for music in a church choir during his early years. Despite facing financial limitations, he pursued his interest and received early guitar lessons from a taxicab driver. In 2003, he commenced studies in mechanical engineering at Delta State, combining his academic pursuits with playing in churches.
In 2008, Fiokee's musical journey took a significant turn when he emerged as a winner on the reality television music competition show Star Quest as part of the group Diamonds. This marked the beginning of his rise to fame, with notable collaborations such as Simi's "Simisola," Flavour's "Thankful," Patoranking's "God Over Everything," Kizz Daniels' "Woju," and Yemi Alade's "Ferrari."
