Abolaji David Banjoko, popularly known as Beejay Sax, is a renowned Nigerian gospel singer and saxophonist. Born on September 30 in Ogun State, Nigeria, he is a dedicated member of the Redeemed Christian Church and the organizer of the Beejay Sax live event. Beejay Sax, the second child in a family of four, hails from Ogun State, South Western Nigeria. He pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Ogun State University. His musical odyssey commenced during his secondary school years, and he officially entered the professional scene in 2009.
Having discovered his love for the saxophone at an early age, Beejay Sax honed his skills under the mentorship of the esteemed Pioneer Saxophonist, Pastor Kunle Ajayi. His professional journey includes being a convener of the Beejay Sax live event and the release of three albums that have left an indelible mark on the gospel music scene. Notably, he has shared the stage with celebrated artists such as Sonnie Badu, Travis Greene, and Donnie Mc Clurkin.
In a beautiful union, Beejay Sax married Modupeoluwa on September 23, 2017. The couple is blessed with two children, creating a harmonious balance between his family life and musical pursuits.
