African China whose full names are; CHINAGOROM ONUOHA is a Nigerian musician he was born on 8 July, 1978.

He is a singer who expresses political outcry from the heart, some of the masses decribe him as their mouthpiece.

He was born in Orile a ghetto side of Lagos, he had his education at Metropilitan primary school, and Iganmu high school, he hails from Imo state and is the last son of his mum, he started his music carreer in the year 1985 at the age of seven, he ventured into music fully at the age of eighteen in the year 1996.

He recieved his first award at the Nigerian International song festival before he released his first album " Crisis", this album later went on to win many more awards at the Fanta fame music awards, 2003 merit awards, unification peace award from the OPC, and the first Nigerian entertainment award.

African China describes his music as pidgin reggae/ dancehall, he said his music is inspired by God and the suffering he has seen and witnessed. He even released two songs to the nigerian government lamenting on the suffering of many Nigerians. He is the CEO of 45 Entertainment.

According to the singer, he revealed his name ''African China'' stands for AFRICAN CHILDREN HAVE IDEAS NATURALLY FOR AFRICAN.

African china once revealed that he had 168 kids from different women before he finally settle with his long time girlfriend, how or if this is true remains to be seen as at the time of this report.

African China is now married to his long time girlfriend, Mariam Musa. Mariam and African China have two beautiful daughters together.
